His background includes over 30 years in business management, technology and accounting with progressive responsibility managing departments and budgets totaling $4M. Chuck was previously VP of IT and CIO of Coachmen Industries, Inc.
Chuck is a grad of the Coach-U Core Essentials Program for professional coaching, and also a member of the International Coach Federation and the Michiana Human Resources Association. He is certified in Wiley’s Profile XT and Target Training International’s assessment tools and 7 Stages of Growth programs. He is a past board member for the Elkhart County Red Cross and the IUSB MS-MIT advisory board.
